About Me

From Fat to Fit

I am a 38 year old Real Estate Agent turned Personal Trainer from Toronto, Canada. I’ve been weight lifting for 20+ years and I consider myself a Strength Training & Optimization Specialist.

 

What sets me apart from most trainers is that I haven’t always been fit. It didn’t come easy to me. I have lived both lives. The 270 lb unhealthy life and the 190 lb fit life

​

I know the struggles of changing your life for the better. Finding what works can be the hardest thing, but once you find it, the sky's the limit.

The trick is that everyone is different. What works for me won’t necessarily work for you. That’s why I customize everything on a person to person basis.

This program is designed to help you reach any and every goal you may have.  You are going to build muscle, lose fat, improve mental strength, and get in the best of your life.

I will be with you every step of the way.  I help you with Nutritional Coaching, Strength Training, and I will be there for accountability.

​

I provide you with the macros and calories you need to optimize your training.  There is no point putting in 100% effort in the gym to only reap 50% of the reward.

 

I come up with a workout plan based on your schedule.

​

I customize the plan based on your goals, your equipment, and your needs.

 

We do weekly check-ins to make sure everything is going according to plan and to tweak anything we need to.

​

Each exercise I give comes with a video of that exercise performed correctly.

 

The first few workouts are done over zoom so I can see your form and help correct anything I see that needs correcting.

 

You also have direct access to ME.  I will answer any question or concern within 24 hours.

If you live in the GTA and want to be personally trained by me, 1 on 1.  I customize a plan based on you and your goals. We train hard and I motivate every step of the way. I push you to limits you never thought we’re achievable. 

One Time Workout Plan - $75

A Plan Unlike Any Other

Unlike your typical one time workout plan, I customize this plan to you and your goals.  We establish where you will workout, how many days a week you'll workout, areas you really want to target, and any areas of concern.  I then build a customized one time workout plan for you.

Nutrition -  Meal Plans - $99

Healthy Eating

Fuel your body with the right nutrition. I emphasize the importance of healthy eating habits to complement your training. Discover a sustainable approach to food that enhances your performance.

I will give you the correct macros and calories to really maximize your training.  I will also provide my go to healthy and delicious meals that make healthy eating not feel like healthy eating.
