Get rid of trigger foods!

It was Easter this past weekend. My kids got tons of chocolate presents. Funny thing is, they don’t like chocolate. Problem is, I LOVE CHOCOLATE!


I took every piece of Chocolate and donated it.


Why torture myself literally everyday. Get that shit outta your house!


Extreme?  Maybe. But why do I need that mental stress of walking by kit kats all day and forcing myself to not eat them?


I eliminate the problem. I took every piece and I donated it.


This goes for any trigger food that triggers you into an eating frenzy. For me, it’s chocolate. For you it may be cupcakes. Whatever it is, outta sight, outta mind!
