Show up!


Show up when you don’t feel like it. Show up when you’re tired, lazy, stressed or angry. Show up consistently for a year and your life will change like you’ve never imagined.

Go anyways!


Doesn’t have yoo be the craziest workout everyday. Just show up. Move your body.
