Stop Prioritizing the WRONG things!

People often prioritize the wrong things in their life.


For example, a gym membership is $45/month but that's too expensive.


A dinner out is $120 but that's totally reasonable and normal.


You may think you don't have an hour to workout in your busy day, but you spend 3 hours every night watching Netflix.


See the trend?


That one dinner out is the equivalent to a 3 month gym membership.


That 3 hours of Netflix is the same as 3 days of exercise.


Start prioritizing your body and your mind. It's the one place you live your whole life. Penny pinch elsewhere. Spend lavishly on yourself!
